Very easy quilt to make. Took a one day class and finished the center in class. My jelly roll turned out beautifully. Have already done a second one.

Great information
I would like to see more basic tutorials on your site. I was looking for one today to show me how to actually sandwich the layers of my top, batting and backing. Details such as how much fabric and batting to leave around the edge. Pinning vs. spray glue. Maybe even hand tying the quilt. I am currently making a quilt using YouTube videos which I have pieced together to help be make my quilt. I would also like to see many more contemporary designs for quilts. Not all of us have traditionally furnished homes any more so these tried and true decades old quilt patterns just do not fit with let’s say Pottery Barn Decor. I have just had to come up with my own designs and search to the ends of the internet for contemporary fabric designs. It is not easy. I’d be happy to share my latest design with you. It is called Ocean Wave. Just let me know.

Q: how many jelly rolls are needed to make a twin size quilt? asked by Francina
A: You will need 2 rolls but will only use part of the second one as you need 50 strips.
Q: Is this Pattern available as a Digital Download? I live in Australia and the postage would be many times the cost of the pattern. asked by Liz R.
